WELCOME TO LARUS BOAT PARTY AT ITW

By submitting this form and attending the Boat Party Event (the "Event") sponsored by LARUS Limited at National Harbor Pier, City Cruises, during International Telecoms Week (ITW), you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: -

1) Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with your participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from accidents, negligence, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2) No liability: You, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and assigns, shall irrevocably release, discharge, and hold harmless LARUS Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and organizers (collectively, the "LARUS") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action (whether at law or in equity) arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event. LARUS shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the Event.

3) Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, and safety instructions provided by Event staff.
