On 11 June 2025, the Supreme Court of Mauritius directed that AFRINIC's register of members be rectified to add Cloud Innovation Ltd as a Member.
The Registrar of Companies was directed to update the relevant records to reflect the rectification.
The order recorded the Receiver's written undertaking to rectify AFRINIC's records within 15 days.
