LARUS commits to equal and transparent IPv4 pricing

LARUS is committed to fair, equal, and transparent IPv4 pricing, ensuring consistent rates, clear terms, and reliable IPv4 solutions for businesses worldwide.

Every IPv4 buyer eventually asks the same question: is this the price everyone gets, or the price I got because of who I am?

In this market the honest answer is often silence. Published rates are rare, quotes are private, and two buyers taking the same block on the same terms can end up paying very different prices. LARUS is committing to a different standard.

One basis for everyone. For the same product, the same term and the same region, every customer is quoted on the same basis. A /24 on a twelve-month lease costs the same whether you run a hosting business with two people or a carrier with a global network — if the terms are the same. Where we deviate, the deviation is a written condition that applies to anyone who meets it — an annual prepayment, a longer term, a larger block — not a private arrangement for a favoured buyer.

Published before you ask. Our pricing is built from block size, lease term and region, and that structure is published on our IPv4 pricing pages. Our market statistics page publishes the lease price data we track, so you can see the shape of the market before you speak to anyone. There is no second, friendlier price list for the buyer who pushes hardest.

Regions differ, and we say why. Address space is not equally scarce everywhere, and the cost of acquiring and operating it differs by registry and region. We do not pretend otherwise. What we owe you is that the difference is published, explained, and applied by the same rule to everyone in that region.

If we get it wrong, we fix it. Transparency is worth something only if you can check it. If you have been quoted something that does not match our published basis for the terms you were offered, tell us and we will correct it — for you and for everyone else on those same terms.

Why we do this. LARUS supplies first-party IPv4 and operates it end to end: supply and registry standing, RPKI, rDNS, geolocation and support sit with one operator, and continuity commitments such as Guaranteed Renewal are written into the product rather than promised verbally. Defensible pricing belongs to the same idea. A customer should be able to check a price, not take it on trust.

What this is not. It is not a claim to be the cheapest number on a screen, and not a promise that every invoice is identical: block size, term and region change the total, and we publish how. It is a promise about how the number is built — and that it is built the same way for you.

Ask for a quote, compare it with our published basis, and if it does not line up, write to us. That is the commitment, made in public, where it can be held against us.
