Order IP addresses
Choose or create your company, then compare the four plans and quoted prices. Choose an in-stock city, or Other with your country and city. Critical includes Guaranteed Renewal. After payment is confirmed, your IPs are allocated automatically; check delivery in IP address management.
Add a route or change ASN
Open your rented block and add the prefix and ASN you need, one route at a time. RPKI and Route Object are requested together. Saved company and location details are reused; complete only missing information and check the registration results.
Update IP location
For the prefix you use, open Geolocation, check the country and city, and complete any missing details. After submitting, follow publication, notifications and observations for each database. Update times can differ between databases.
Handle an abuse report
Open the report linked in an Abuse email in Abuse management. If confirmation is required, handle the issue and select Confirm handled. Informational reports need no confirmation. Replies, appeals and payments keep the handling task open until you confirm.
Renew or upgrade your service
Open Plan services and renewal for the selected contract to see its owner, response targets, tasks and renewal arrangements. Production adds one-click assistance; Enterprise adds daily registration checks; Critical adds an owner-confirmed monthly review and renewal follow-through. Compare upgrades for this contract and check the new end date after renewal.
